Crane systems from 3 manufacturers

Crane systems are adjusted for a particular construction, сonsidering the outreach and dead zones.

The crane moves by the guiding trolleys. A cradle is mounted to the crane.

We produce guiding rails for monorail systems

Price with installation is from 1900 AED per meter

We supply ready-made rails and install them on monorails of our own production

Fully localized production of anchor lines in the UAE

Price with installation is from 990 AED per meter

The aluminum rail is with a runner for mounting. Access is all around the perimeter.

Davit systems' production (stationary and portable consoles)

We produce 2 types of consoles, such as portable aluminum or stationary galvanized steel consoles with the installation in a cup. Price with installation is from 13900 AED

Platforms are developed individually for a particular case

Steps of work after receiving your request

Step 1

Processing of requests, acquisition of technical data from the client about the construction, if necessary, conducting additional visits to the management/technical services.

Step 2

Pre-engineering research, development of several concepts to determine the best technical and economic solution, and estimation the final cost of the project.

Step 3

Development of project documentation and project implementation calendar for supply, construction and installation works/coordination with the client

Step 4

Equipment fabrication and supply of construction components and rails within 40 calendar days

Step 5

Permit documentation (Project of manufactural works), installation at the site, testing structural anchors, conducting the executive work in cooperation with the installers of the facades

Step 6

Systems commissioning and training, delivery of executive documentation, registration in the technical supervision in the UAE
