1 General provisions
This Personal Data Processing Policy is drawn up by the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" and determines the order of processing of personal data and measures to ensure the security of the personal data of the Operator.
1. The Operator sets as its main objective and condition of its activity observance of human and citizen's rights and freedoms in processing their data, including protection of privacy rights, and personal and family secrets.
2. This Operator's Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the https://bmu.ae website.
2 The key terms used in the Policy are as follows
1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computer technology;

7. Operator - state body, municipal authority, legal entity or individual, independently or together with other persons, arranging and (or) performing the processing of personal data, as well as determining the purpose of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;
8. Personal data is any information related directly or indirectly to certain or definable Users of the website https://bmu.ae;
9. User - any visitor to https://bmu.ae website;
10. Provision of personal data are actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
11. Distribution of personal data is any action aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite range of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarize with personal data to an unlimited number of persons, including publication of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

Destruction of personal data is any action, as a result of which personal data is destroyed irretrievably with the impossibility of further restoration of the content of personal data in the information system of personal data and (or) as a result of which the material media of personal data are destroyed.
3 The operator may process the following personal data of the User
1. First name, last name, patronymic;
2. E-mail address;
3. Phone numbers;
4. The site also collects and processes visitors' impersonal data (including cookies) using web statistics services (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and others).
5. The above-mentioned data hereinafter in the text of this Policy are combined with the general term Personal Data.
